Corey Staniscia
FOUNDER/CEO
Corey Staniscia is a national leader in collegiate athletics advocacy and NIL innovation. As Co-Founder and CEO of Fowler Avenue, the long standing USF NIL Collective, he has raised millions of dollars and brokered over 350 contracts to support University of South Florida student-athletes. He has forged partnerships with brands like the Florida Panthers of the NHL, Bloomin' Brands, Squarespace, and Sonny’s BBQ to name a few. Corey is a key voice in shaping the future of college sports—advising organizations such as the Orlando Sports Foundation & Cure Bowl (ESPN Bowl Series). His work on Florida’s groundbreaking NIL legislation signed in 2020, and his leadership in building high-impact, athlete-first programs have earned him national recognition across media outlets like ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Forbes, The Athletic, and Sports Center.

Mark Krill
CFO/COO
CFO/COO of Fowler Avenue, the premier NIL collective supporting University of South Florida student-athletes. With an extensive career background in finance and marketing, he’s worked with sports teams, team owners, and management. His experience includes team financing, multi-year facility sponsorship programs, naming rights deals, operational sports financing and acquisition. His career includes working with firms Proctor and Gamble, Citigroup, UBS, and Deutsche Bank. Additionally, he has worked with well established family office investment groups. In the community he has served on many boards such as the YMCA, JFNA, Community Foundation Boards, Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation, and Children’s Wish Foundation.

A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, Hannah is a leading voice in the NIL space and a trusted resource for student-athletes building and monetizing their personal brands. With millions of views across platforms, she has a proven track record of creating viral content, both for herself and for student-athletes whose stories have captured national attention. She’s brokered brand deals with companies like Disney, Marriott, and Snapchat through strategic, authentic storytelling. As a guest speaker at USF, she shares practical, relatable insights with athletes, helping them take control of their platforms and turn visibility into opportunity.

Sarah Grove
SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR
Sarah helps student-athletes build authentic personal brands through strategic content creation and digital marketing. Drawing on a background in psychology and media, she creates engaging content, supports email marketing campaigns, and assists athletes in developing the materials needed to secure and fulfill brand partnerships. Her work with organizations such as USSSA and USF Athletics has reached over one million viewers across team and brand platforms. She is dedicated to empowering athletes to share their stories and expand their influence beyond the field.
