OUR MISSION

AIM Sports’ mission, established in 2020, traces its origins to the work of Founder and CEO Corey Staniscia during his tenure as Chief of Staff for the Florida House of Representatives. In that role, he spearheaded the drafting and enactment of Florida’s Student Athlete Achievement Act, landmark legislation that first enabled collegiate athletes to earn endorsement deals while in school, better known as NIL. 

He later founded Fowler Avenue in 2022, the premier NIL collective supporting USF athletes, where Staniscia and the AIM Sports team gained valuable experience and engagement with college athletics administrators, prominent athletes, high school sports leaders, and parents. They identified the pressing need for comprehensive education and direct, experiential development of athletes within a non-exploitative framework.

Recognizing that athletes have evolved beyond their athletic roles to become self-sufficient businesses and individual brands, AIM Sports was created to fill a critical gap. While educational institutions affirm the importance of academics, they often may not have the capacity or resources to provide professional services in areas such as contract review, brand development, and financial structuring. Composed of a team with over 40 years experience within the sports and financial industry, AIM Sports steps in as the trusted partner to meet these needs.

We work exclusively with individual athletes and provide back office services for athlete representation agencies.
